Terms and conditions for Monthly Unlimited Membership

Welcome to FIT4MOM Torrance offering Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, and Run Club classes to the South Bay community! Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your membership or class pass.


MANAGING YOUR MEMBER & CLASS PASS CLIENT ACCOUNTS

All FIT4MOM Torrance Members and Class Pass clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting: http://www.torrance.fit4mom.com and selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Pike13 client account management system. Clients may also access this site by visiting https://fit4mom-torrance.pike13.com directly. All FIT4MOM Torrance Members and Class Pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Pike13 account prior to participating in any of our programs.


PAYMENTS FOR CLASSES

Your enrollment is non-transferable and non-refundable. If you need to place a hold on your membership for any reason, you can do so in monthly increments for up to 3 months and will incur a Hold Fee of $10. Limited to 3 months total of Hold within a 12-month period.

We accept payment by debit cards, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards. All monthly memberships must have a credit card on file. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Billing periods will reflect a 30 day cycle beginning on the 1st day of purchased services. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically every 30 days for all memberships. If a Member should change debit/credit card companies, have an updated expiration date, or a new billing address, these changes must be submitted via client Pike13 accounts. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $10 re-processing fee. Please see below for our monthly hold and cancellation policy.


STAY INFORMED

Our main method of communication with you regarding FIT4MOM Torrance programming is through e-mail. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please let us know so we can confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add FIT4MOM Torrance to your “acceptable” e-mail list so that our e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email nataliecroswell@fit4mom.com for all business matters, we cannot respond to business emails via social media platforms


CREDITS/REFUNDS

There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs.


HOLD POLICY

Members may place their membership on hold for reasons such as; pregnancy leave, long extended vacations, injuries, etc. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 3 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per calendar year and in one month increments. All Clients wishing to activate holds must submit a Membership Hold Request Form accessible here:

Once the end of the hold period has been reached, the Member’s original Membership contract will resume. Members must notify Natalie Croswell directly at nataliecroswell@fit4mom.com and complete the Hold Request Form 14 days prior to the desired hold start date. Any requests received after a Member’s billing date will be prorated accordingly- holds do not need to coincide with billing dates. There is a one time $10 charge to place a membership on hold.

Month-to Month Memberships may be canceled so long as the Member provides at least 14 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. Should a Member decide to no longer attend classes, the Member is still required to fulfill the contractual agreement for their Membership Package. Once the contract is fulfilled, 14 days notice is still required in order to process any cancellations. ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless written notice is received by FIT4MOM Torrance. In order to cancel a membership, the Member must notify FIT4MOM Torrance via email informing us of the request for cancellation. Without an email confirmation from a FIT4MOM representative and completion of the online Cancellation Form, the cancellation does not exist. It is up to the Member to obtain this confirmation within 72 hours. We regret there are no exceptions. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the FIT4MOM Torrance franchise. Once a membership is canceled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal registration fee. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.


STROLLER POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES/STROLLER BARRE/STRIDES360

Children must remain in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class. If a child needs to get out of the stroller, you may tend to your child and return to class once they are safely buckled back into the stroller.

**INCLEMENT WEATHER:

Although rare, FIT4MOM Torrance will cancel classes in cases of inclement weather. Class cancellations due to these conditions will be announced at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Announcements of any such cancellations will always be communicated automatically through the Pike13 registration platform to those clients who are enrolled in the class to be canceled. Notifications are also sent through our private Facebook Group and via email.


**PRE ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES:

We require ALL clients to pre enroll for their classes. This allows instructors to contact clients should there be any changes to meeting spots or cancellation of classes. Clients must pre enroll at least ONE HOUR before class start time. Classes may be canceled if there are no pre enrollments. Any class cancellations will be announced at least ONE HOUR prior to class start time.

2023 Holiday Calendar

We will not hold classes on the following holidays this year:

New Year’s Day, January 1st

Independence Day, July 4th

Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd

Day after Thanksgiving, November 24th

Christmas Day, December 25th

Day after Christmas, December 26th

New Year’s Eve, December 31st

Occasionally, classes may be canceled due to scheduled events in which FIT4MOM Torrance is a sponsor or has an official race team. Our offices will be closed December 24-January 2 to allow our Team to spend quality time with their families.
