Our flagship location - we conduct all of our stroller-based classes here. Our kiddos are entertained by the natural beauty of the park as we travel around to multiple stations throughout the course of a workout. They're rewarded with time at the playground after every class. Meet us in front of the roller rink for our warm-up!

We are more than a workout! We are also a group of moms looking for connections with other moms and fun activities for our kiddos. That's why we offer a weekly playgroup after class including fun activities or crafts for the kids, plus a monthly Mom's Night Out, just for us. ;) Our Village activities are free and open to all mamas - whether you're a member of FIT4MOM Torrance, or not. RUN CLUB is a training program for all levels of runners - whether you've never run a full mile, or you were on the cross country team in high school.

Our program includes a custom training schedule, certified coaching for proper running form and nutrition, and guidance and accountability from your fellow running mamas.

For the runner who is just getting back into her groove, you can join confidently knowing that you will go at your own pace, while more experienced runners can up the ante.

Classes

Stroller Strides

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using resistance bands, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

Strides 360

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you're not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Recommended for mamas at least 3 months postpartum and who have been participating in exercise already.

Body Boost

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it. Our Body Boost classes are indoors at a local dance studio.

Body Ignite

Body Ignite is a mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Specialty Class

YogaSix is taking over FIT4MOM Torrance on Monday, September 23rd to guide us through a beautiful yoga flow class at our usual class time, 9:30am at Wilson Park.

This class won't have our usual FIT4MOM magic to help keep the kiddos entertained for the hour, so we've lined up our favorite child engagement partners - Thrive Mamas! Their sensory tables and activities were such a hit at our Mother's Day event, I know the kiddos will be thrilled and entertained while you are enjoying the yoga class.

The yoga class is free to all members and non-members!
The Child Play is a $10 add-on.

Non-mobile babies are welcome to join you on your mat or stay close to you in their stroller.
