FIT4MOM Run Club

RUN CLUB is a training program for all levels of runners - whether you've never run a full mile, or you were on the cross country team in high school.

Our program includes a custom training schedule, certified coaching for proper running form and nutrition, and guidance and accountability from your fellow running mamas.

For the runner who is just getting back into her groove, you can join confidently knowing that you will go at your own pace, while more experienced runners can up the ante.

Our next session is an 11-week session, training for the OC Half Marathon on May 5th.

Cancellation policy There are no refunds offered after the purchase of this course. If you find that you are no longer able to attend the weekly training runs due to injury or otherwise, please email nataliecroswell@fit4mom.com to request a course credit.
